How to Use Your Prayer Beads (Prayer Beads 1 x 19 (Alláh-u-Abhá))
Your beads consist of 2 parts:
(1) 1 Big Bead,
(2) 19 Medium sized beads.
With these beads, you can count out 5 rounds of 19 "Alláh-u-Abhás" (5 x 19 = 95), using the big bead as a marker to inform you when you have finished one round. When you are done one round, repeat another 4 times to complete 95.
Arrange the beads so that the 19 beads are in your dominant hand. Move your dominant hand down the chain of 19 beads-each time your hand moves over a bead, say "Alláh-u-Abhá". When you’re dominant hand reaches the “Big Bead”, move it back to the first of the 19 beads. Repeat this process until you finish saying "Alláh-u-Abhá " 19 times for 5 rounds.
"It hath been ordained that every believer in God, the Lord of Judgement, shall, each day, having washed his hands and then his face, seat himself and, turning unto God, repeat "Allah-u-Abha" ninety-five times. Such was the decree of the Maker of the Heavens when, with majesty and power, He established Himself upon the thrones of His Names."
