How to Use Your Prayer Beads (Prayer Beads 5 x 19 (Alláh-u-Abhá))

Your beads consist of 3 parts:
(1) 5 Big Beads,
(2) A “transition” which is made up of either a string small beads or one unique bead or seperator,
(3) 19 Medium sized beads.
With these beads, you can count out 5 rounds of 19 "Alláh-u-Abhás" (5 x 19 = 95).

Arrange the beads so that the 19 beads are in your dominant hand and the 5 beads are in your non-dominant hand. Move your dominant hand down the chain of 19 beads-each time your hand moves over a bead, say "Alláh-u-Abhá". When you’re dominant hand reaches the “Transition”, move it back to the first of the 19 beads, and move your other hand down one big bead. Repeat this process until you finish saying "Alláh-u-Abhá " 19 times for each of the 5 big beads.

"It hath been ordained that every believer in God, the Lord of Judgement, shall, each day, having washed his hands and then his face, seat himself and, turning unto God, repeat "Allah-u-Abha" ninety-five times. Such was the decree of the Maker of the Heavens when, with majesty and power, He established Himself upon the thrones of His Names."
