How to Use Your Prayer Beads (Alláh-u-Abhá)
Your beads consist of 2 parts:
(1) 1 Big Bead,
(2) 18 Medium sized beads.
With these beads, you can count out 1 rounds of 19 "Alláh-u-Abhás". Repeat for 5 rounds(5 x 19 = 95).
Hold the prayer beads so that the beads are in your dominant hand. Move your dominant over a bead, say "Alláh-u-Abhá". When you’re dominant hand reaches the “Big Bead”, it completes one round (big bead is counted as part of the 19). Repeat this process 5 times

"It hath been ordained that every believer in God, the Lord of Judgement, shall, each day, having washed his hands and then his face, seat himself and, turning unto God, repeat "Allah-u-Abha" ninety-five times. Such was the decree of the Maker of the Heavens when, with majesty and power, He established Himself upon the thrones of His Names."
