Shipping Policy - Global

At 9 Star Jewelry, we strive to offer the best shipping rates while ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Shipping Costs & Increases
Post-COVID-19, global shipping costs have tripled due to rising logistics expenses. To keep shipping affordable for our customers, we absorb a significant portion of these costs. However, with the recent introduction of the US Inbound Processing Fee by FedEx and surcharge fees by local postal services, shipping expenses continue to rise. Despite these challenges, we remain committed to providing you with the best service at the lowest possible rates.

Returns & Shipping Fees
We do accept returns, but please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us. We do not provide return shipping labels or an airway bill for return shipments. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for arranging and covering the shipping costs. Please consider this before making a purchase.

Shipping Terms

i) All Goods are shipped out from Malaysia, 1-5 business days after payment arrives using Express Standard Shipping or FedEx International Priority . (this does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia)

ii) If you choose FedEx International Priority, as your shipping option, please keep in mind that, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you give us a P.O. Box address, and still chose FedEx International Priority, we will automatically downgrade your shipment to Express Standard Shipping, and no compensation will be given.

iii) If you chose FedEx International Priority, and your delivery address is out of regular delivery areas, we will downgrade your shipment to Express Standard Shipping.

iv) In certain circumstances, we might upgrade your standard shipping to FedEx without prior notice. This might be due to the unavailability of prepaid packages for normal delivery. 

v) If the item is not claimed at home or the post office, it would be returned. 

vi) Please be sure when you place an order, that you have provided the right shipping address to receive it. If you do not receive your parcel, please do inform us as soon as possible.

vii) We will send out emails once we ship your item. If the parcel is marked as delivered and you haven't received the parcel, please let us know immediately (within a week), so we can correct any wrong deliveries. No compensation will be given if it is informed after that period.

viii) If the parcel it sent back, due to high shipping rates, we will not compensate you for the loss or give any reimbursements, so please provide the right shipping address.

ix) Important! We do not have direct control of the delivery time. Any refund for late delivery will only be given if the item doesn’t arrive within 45 days after the date of purchase. Please let us know, if the item is delayed, so we can help expediate the shipping process, in case there are any complications.

x) There are duty charged in many countries especially in Europe and Canada. If the customer is unwilling to pay for the duty cost, there will be no refunds or reimbursement given.

xi) We do not reimburse you for the duty or the shipping cost of the item returned due to not paying the duty. Refund will only be given after we minus the shipping cost (to and from) and the other compensation listed in out refund policy.

xii) IMPORTANT! You can COMBINE shipping cost with a SINGLE purchase, but due to certain restrictions, we CANNOT combine shipping cost from TWO separate purchases, even if it is sent to the same address by the same buyer as we try out best to ship your items as fast as possible. So please purchase the items you need in a single order.

xiii) IMPORTANT! If we are provided with the WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, please do INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. In any case, if the parcel has already been sent out, you will have to follow our instructions to try and recover the parcel that is sent to the wrong address. If you are unable to follow these instructions and if for some reason, the parcel is returned, the buyer has to pay for return shipping. If the buyer is unwilling to pay for the return shipping, we will only partially refund the order, original cost minus fees, shipping price (to and from) and 10% restocking fees. The return of some parcel might take some time, in this case, the seller (9 Star Jewelry) will not be liable for the time it takes for us to get the parcel. We will only return the parcel once the original parcel has reached us. For some rare unfortunate cases where the parcel is lost or damaged, we will not be held liable for the lost or damage while it is being returned to us, as it might be lost or damaged by the reason of the wrong address.
