These terms and conditions apply to Nine Star Global’s Web site located at www.9StarJewelry.com. Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Product Availability
All our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured on site in our factory in Bangkok, Thailand. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please call us and we can tell you when the item will be available. Because this jewelry is made in our facility, there may be a 2–8-week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Information on our Site
At Nine Star Global, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece based on our manufacturing specifications.
Payment
All payments are done to our company Nine Star Global. All invoices are issued by our Company Nine Star Global.

Online Return Policy:
Nine Star Global is committed to complete customer satisfaction. Nine Star Global takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our facility, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online for any reason at all; Nine Star Global will refund that purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date. Shipping costs will be deducted from amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
Please insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package. Nine Star Global is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Please mail the package to the return address that came with your package and confirm that our name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package. Please also include your name and order number inside the package.
Nine Star Global will process your return upon receipt of the package. Nine Star Global must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 30-day period.
Exchange Policy
Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted form the amount of the exchange. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.
In-Store Return Policy:
If you decide to return an in-store purchase made for any reason, we will issue a full store credit for that purchase within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

Limited Warranty:
Nine Star Global’s guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. Precious metals erode, and stones can become damaged over time. Any work performed by a jeweler other than Nine Star Global automatically voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage.
